These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in all congresses, webinars, and related activities conducted through the WebiConX platform. By registering for any event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Participation

To participate in any WebiConX congress or webinar, participants must:

  • Complete registration through the official website
  • Pay the applicable participation fee as defined for the event
Important Conditions
  • Speaker slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify speakers, sessions, or agenda due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Event dates may be rescheduled if required, based on factors beyond control
  • Participation may be revoked in cases of misconduct, without refund
  • WebiConX is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from changes in the event schedule or structure

2. Registration

Registration must be completed via the official online form

Payments can be made through secure methods such as credit/debit card, PayPal, or official payment links

All required fields marked (*) must be filled accurately

Confirmation
  • A payment receipt and confirmation will be issued within 24–48 hours
  • Registration remains valid only after successful payment
Use of Information

By registering, participants agree that:

  • Their name, affiliation, and profile may be used for event-related and promotional purposes
  • Logos of speakers, sponsors, and partners may be displayed on the website and marketing materials

3. Press & Media

  • Media participation requires prior approval from the WebiConX team
  • Any quotes, recordings, or publications involving speakers or participants must receive written consent
  • WebiConX operates as an independent academic platform and is not affiliated with commercial webinar providers

4. Insurance & Liability

Participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage.

WebiConX is not liable for:

  • Personal loss or damage
  • Technical disruptions
  • Any indirect or consequential damages related to participation

5. Letter of Invitation (For International Participants)

Registered participants may request an invitation letter for visa purposes.

  • Nationality
  • Role (Speaker / Delegate)
  • Presentation details (if applicable)
Important Notes
  • Invitation letters are issued in PDF format via email or messaging platforms
  • WebiConX does not communicate with embassies on behalf of participants
  • Visa approval remains the sole responsibility of the participant

6. Postponement & Credit Policy

In case an event is postponed:

  • Participants who are unable to attend the new dates will receive a 100% credit (excluding service charges)
  • Credits can be used for any WebiConX event within one year
  • This ensures flexibility while maintaining fairness across participants

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior.

WebiConX reserves the right to:

  • Remove participants violating ethical or professional standards
  • Restrict future participation if necessary

8. Changes to Terms

WebiConX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
